As a creator working with Prasly, you agree to:

• Create content in compliance with platform terms of service
• Maintain professional communication with fans
• Follow our content guidelines and best practices
• Respect intellectual property rights

Prasly commits to:

• Provide professional management services as agreed
• Protect your personal information and privacy
• Act in your best interests to maximize revenue
• Provide transparent reporting and analytics
• Maintain confidentiality of your business information

Our payment structure:

• No upfront fees - we only succeed when you succeed
• Revenue share percentage as agreed in your contract
• Payments processed monthly after platform payouts
• Transparent fee structure with no hidden costs
• Right to terminate with 30-day notice

While we work hard to maximize your success, we cannot guarantee specific income results. Platform policies, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control may affect performance.
